A nice smile, doesn’t equate to a paycheck unfortunately.

There’s nothing wrong with putting on a smile, but pay attention to when you smile.

Wearing a smile the whole time throughout the call, will make you look like Mr. Krabs from Spongebob.

Be human. Your prospects want to deal with a real human being.

Being nice, does not make you an expert. And prospects only want to buy from someone, who understands their problem better than they understand their own problem.

You can’t be that guy, if you’re wearing a smile the whole time.

There’s moments in the call when you have to get serious, get caring, get distraught, get confused, get oblivious, etc.

A smile works, but be careful when, and how often you use it.

Smiling is a powerful tool, no doubt. If you have a nice smile, make sure to use it! But when, and how often, is most important.

A prospect loves a dull salesman, that will occasionally go uptone for them, during special moments of the conversation.
