Salesmen do it all the time.

They say the word “payment”, when they could’ve said “cash outlay” or “investment” instead.

Or instead of “Check out our testimonials”, they could’ve said “Success stories”.

Or instead of “Join our program”, they could’ve said “Join our company”.

Or instead of “Buy my course”, they could’ve said “Check out my Guide”.

By using the wrong wrong language, you leave a bad taste in the prospect’s mouth, that won’t leave them till the sales call is over.

Every small thing you do—in a sales call—matters.

Yes, it gets THAT detailed.

If you truly want to be the best, you need to take it seriously.

You can always change the way you say certain “sales triggering” words.
